Summer Dog Training Essentials
Having the proper dog gear is helpful when packing for your mountain adventure. We recommend feeding raw or freeze-dried raw dog food for camping trips. Dry ice and a styrofoam cooler are excellent solutions for car camping or short trips. If backpacking, Vital Essentials Freeze-Dried make sense. Other must-haves include dog booties and cooling vests, and don’t forget to carry extra water for rover! Being prepared allows for more deep breathing after bagging a 14’er and less time worrying that fido will need help to make it to the mountain base.
