Dog Habits in the Fall

Snowflake Alert!

Snowflake (aka: Flake), the Labrador Retriever was very surprised to hear of the upcoming change in weather in Colorado.  The day started off with her having a grand time chasing balls and sniffing around the field.  Then she overheard snow in the forecast.  Snowflake was very excited.  On that note, look for future posts on the adjustments we make at Colorado Top Dog in the fall, such as feeding adjustments in your raw food diet , specifically feeding guidelines vs. energy requirements.  Techniques to keep your dog happy, exercised and engaged as well as proper gear to handle Colorado’s terrain change and environment in the mountains and on the plains.  Also as winter approaches I’ll offer tips for mountain winter sports and activities with your dog.  As always, thanks for stopping by!
